ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Returns/Exchanges are only accepted for any of these occurrences:

  • Received incorrect or defective item(s).
  • Did not receive ordered item(s).

You must contact us within 10 days of delivery date.

All returns/exchanges are subject to approval.

RETURN POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is Awesome Powered, 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311, United States of America. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

It is best to contact us as soon as possible before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size exchanges.
